During this 2.5-hour immersive workshop, you’ll learn:
Learn how stress and trauma affect the body and why you may feel trapped in cycles of anxiety, tension, or emotional shutdown.
Simple but powerful breathing techniques to calm the nervous system and bring the body out of stress states.
Reconnect to the present moment through practical exercises that help create feelings of safety and stability.

Kaylan Gonzalez is a trauma-informed mental health practitioner with a background in emergency services, wellbeing facilitation, mindfulness, and personal transformation work.
His approach combines practical nervous system education, mindfulness, breathwork, and grounded emotional awareness to help people reconnect to calm, clarity, and inner stability.
